Mom requests Leave when her Son is on Life Support, but the Manager Responds Mercilessly

Being rude and mean just because you’re at a higher post to your colleagues is not tolerable. Any workplace and offices can work perfectly fine without all this unnecessary drama of trying to control employees or giving them a hard time by showing no mercy at all.

And when it comes to taking an immediate day off due to some high-risk reasons, we do understand that it can slow down the pace of the related work but what’s more important is not deniable. Just have a look at a recent instance that took place with a woman asking for a few days off because her son was seriously ill. You’d be amazed at what her boss replied.

This is Crystal Reynolds Fisher from Albion, Michigan.

Crystal works at the Folk Oil gas station. Recently, her 18-year-old son was admitted to a hospital and was on life support care. All she could do was stay beside him as all mothers would do and take care of him. But when she asked her boss to give her a few days off, she was quite mean and unreasonable.

This is her son, Jason Taylor Fisher who is on life support with a suspect case of sepsis.
